How far in advance can I make reservations?
You can book on the previous day, upon availability.
The ideal is to confirm your reservation as far in advance as possible, in order to guarantee availability for the dates you want.
I still do not know the date I'm going to travel, can I get in touch?
Of course! If you already have an estimated time, but do not know the exact date, do not hesitate to contact us and we will already try to offer you the best experiences.
Is there any other way to make reservations other than online?
Yes, via email, phone or presential at our office.
I do not have a credit card and I intend to make a reservation; how can I do it?
We have other means of payment available to our customers.

Can I make the reservation over the phone?
Yes, you can also make reservations via phone or whatsapp, by contacting our Your Tours back-office, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, via: (+351) 919 473 029.
What are the cancellation rules of Your Tours company?
Up to 7 days prior to the tour / service - full refund.
Up to 48 hours prior to the tour / service - 50% refund of the value.
Less than 24 hours prior to the tour / service - No refund.
What is the minimum number of people per tour in Your Tours?
For a regular tour of Your Tours, the minimum number of participants is 2 pax. In case there’s a tour with only 1 customer, the total amount to be charged will be the 2 pax value.
In what languages are the tours available?
Our guides can perform tours/services in the following languages: Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, according to the client's wishes.
Can you pick us up at the residence and / or address?
The pick-up and drop-off are carried out directly in your hotels and / or accomodation within the cities
Do children have gratuities and discounts on Your Tours?
Children up to 4 years of age (exclusive) it’s free on all tours / services.
Children up to 12 years of age (exclusive) enjoy a 50% discount on tours / services.
From the age of 12, the entire tour price is paid.
